Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Laramie & Co.! We are proud to be a small business and work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During new launches, holidays, and sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery                     Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier. Once your package leaves our store, delivery times are determined by the shipping provider and are outside of our control.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Laramie & Co. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and merchandise so we can assist you.

Local Pickup

You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email when you arrive.
