Return, Exchange & Damage Policy

At Laramie & Co., we carefully curate quality pieces and inspect items before they hit the floor. Because of the nature of our inventory, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds.


Exchanges & Store Credit

We gladly accept exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Smoke, odor, and damage free
  • With original tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Intimates
  • Seasonal items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or discounted merchandise

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of purchase or delivery so we can make it right.

Approved damaged items may be eligible for:

  • Exchange for the same item (if available)
  • Store credit
  • Repair, when applicable

Damage resulting from normal wear, improper care, or accidental damage is not considered a defect.
